Preamble
These General Terms of Use for the Services, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "General Terms", govern all relations between the following Parties:
You acknowledge that you have read these General Terms of Use and expressly declare that you accept them as soon as you access the Site.
The Site is published and managed under license by the following company, party to this Agreement, referred to for simplicity as "ARISTHOR" or "the Company" or "We" or the "Site" with a capital S in these General Terms: the company Décollage, sàrl, with capital of 8,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 21 bis rue du Simplon, 75018 Paris, and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 384 772 703.
This Agreement aims to describe the conditions of use of the Services and of the Site and expresses the entirety of the obligations and rights of the Parties.
A User, for the purposes of these General Terms, is any adult natural person, who may or may not represent a legal entity, or any minor over 13 years of age with parental consent.
Every user acknowledges having full legal capacity to be bound under this Agreement.
Your password, strictly personal and confidential, will be requested from the unauthenticated User before each login. The User is advised to preferably use a password that has never been used on any service, nor to authenticate on their own computer or other device, in the past or in the future.
The User is advised to change their password regularly. The password can be changed in the "My account" section, or via the "Forgot password" section in the "Login" section.
The General Terms in force are those applicable on the date of the User's visit. This acceptance is given implicitly on every visit to the Site. The fact that ARISTHOR does not, at a given time, invoke any of the clauses of the Agreement cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke any of said clauses at a later time.
Unless proven otherwise by the User, the Site's automatic data recording systems are considered to constitute proof of the nature, content, and date of the Agreement.
ARISTHOR reserves the right to adapt or modify these General Terms at any time. The User will be informed by the change of date at the top of these General Terms. E.g.: Updated on DD/MM/YYYY. The modified General Terms will apply immediately to every User as soon as they are published on the Site. Any User who does not accept the modified General Terms must unsubscribe from the Services and delete their account.
Any User who uses the Services after the modified General Terms take effect is deemed to have accepted these modifications, which will be fully applicable to them.
ARISTHOR offers a service of public or private blockchains intended for the many uses of life that call upon testimony/evidence. These blockchains are intended for individuals, families, and organizations of all sizes alike. Access is open to any adult natural person or any legal entity
The price of the various services is shown on the Services page.
Access to the Site is possible until the account is deleted by the user themselves, or until the subscription expires.
Our customers are invited to provide their true identity and email in order to comply with legal billing practices in the case of paid services.
In the event of non-compliance with these General Terms, ARISTHOR will deactivate the User's account without notice.
A User wishing to deactivate their own account, on their own initiative, may do so in the "My account" section once logged in and authenticated.
Any inactive account may be subject to a notice of inactivity from ARISTHOR by whatever adequate means preserves the prior pseudonymization efforts, followed by a reminder one month later. A User's account is considered inactive when, after a period of twelve (12) months, it has not been the subject of any login or transaction and the User has not contacted ARISTHOR in any form.
For any question, ARISTHOR's communication department is available to the User:

To help us ensure the security of the Site and the community of current and future ARISTHOR users, we encourage you to report any behavior or content that you believe violates our General Terms or our rights, including our intellectual property rights.
This Agreement is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the User may first contact ARISTHOR's Legal Department to seek an amicable solution.
Should any provision of this Agreement be declared null or unenforceable pursuant to a law, a regulation, or following a final decision by a competent court, only that provision will be void, and the other provisions will retain their full force and effect.
