This company temporarily operates, under license, the ARISTHOR brand as part of the pre-launch of its activities.

Usage data

Information automatically collected by ARISTHOR (or by third-party services acting on behalf of ARISTHOR). Types of Data collected

Among the types of Personal Data that ARISTHOR may collect directly or through third parties are: cookies, usage data, various types of Data, first name, email address (for visitor accounts), last name, phone number, address, country, city (for associate accounts), unique device identification for advertising, and geographic location (Google Analytics advertising identifier, for example, but subject to your approval on the "Cookie management" page). The Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of Data. Data processing is carried out using computers or IT tools, following procedures and organizational methods strictly related to the stated purposes. In addition to the Controller, Data may, in some cases, be accessible to certain categories of persons responsible for the operation of ARISTHOR (administration, sales, marketing, legal department, system administration) or to external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, messaging services, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) designated, where applicable, as processors by the Controller. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Controller at any time.

Legal basis for processing

The Controller may process Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions applies:

  • the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes;
  • the provision of Data is necessary for the performance of an agreement with the User or for any pre-contractual obligation;
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;

  • processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third-party processor.


Place of processing

Data is processed at all locations where the parties responsible for processing are based. Depending on the User's location, data transfers may result in the User's Data being transferred to a country other than their own. The User also has the right to know whether Data transfers take place to a country outside the European Union. Retention period

Personal Data is processed and stored for as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected.

Accordingly:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User must be kept until the contract has been fully performed.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Controller's legitimate interests must be kept for as long as necessary to achieve those purposes (statutory retention of invoices, etc.).
  • The Controller may be authorized to retain Personal Data for longer whenever the User has given consent to such processing, for as long as that consent is not withdrawn. How the User can exercise their rights

A large amount of Personal Data can be updated directly by the User in their personal space if an account has been opened. For any specific and legitimate request to exercise rights, a letter (registered, to guarantee receipt) may be sent to the Controller using the contact details provided in this Policy. Any request may be made free of charge and will be examined by the Controller as soon as possible, and always within one month.

For a simple request, a contact form is available in the public and private areas of the Site. Since these online contact methods do not guarantee or provide proof that the message was properly received by ARISTHOR, the User may need to duplicate their request by registered mail if no acknowledgement of receipt is sent back by ARISTHOR, by messaging, or by email, following their request.

Legal purpose
